Cancellation Policy
✨ IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at booking unless a policy violation occurs.
First-Time Clients
First-time clients must book at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are not available for first-time clients.
Pricing & Add-Ons
Services are priced at a starting rate. Additional charges may apply based on hair length, density, condition, or additional time required. Add-ons and enhancements must be booked with a primary service and are subject to availability.
Prepaid Packages
Prepaid packages are purchased in advance and offer savings through bundled services. Package services are tracked through GlossGenius and may only be redeemed for the services included in the package purchased. Package terms and expiration dates apply.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked service
• No-show: 100% of the booked service
This policy applies to all clients and services.
Late Arrival Policy
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require an adjusted service or rescheduling. Arrivals 20 minutes or more late may be cancelled and subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Full service completion cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
Hair Readiness Policy
Hair must be free of extensions, manageable, and ready for the booked service upon arrival. Additional time or fees may apply for excessive buildup, tangling, density, or length. If the service cannot be safely completed within the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
Service Results
Results and style longevity vary based on hair condition, maintenance, lifestyle, and at-home care. Specific results or wear time cannot be guaranteed.
Children & Guests
Only clients receiving services are permitted in the service area unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
MadeBella Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if policies are not respected, hair condition compromises service safety, or requested results fall outside the scope of the service booked.
